I LOVE this bag so much! I have received so many compliments on this high quality bag! Not only is is beautiful and available in many different designs, it is made of high quality material and the wheels rotate 360 degrees unlike other brands that only roll in the direction it is pulled. The wheels make it easy to roll in any direction while walking through campus or the airport. So far I've only used it on campus but I am about to take it with me on vacation and I know it will hold the items I want to have with me as a carry-on (in addition to my checked luggage).There are numerous pockets to hold everything from pens to a computer! There is a special padded pocket to protectively hold a computer or iPad, plus room for cables, etc. I also love that there is an outside pocket on each side for water bottles or an umbrella. I would recommend loading the bag with the heaviest items in the middle and back pockets so that the bag does not tend to lean forward or tip. I made that initial mistake but it was my fault, not the bag. I would definitely buy this bag again and am thinking of purchasing more for Christmas gifts for my kids and grandkids for when they come to visit!I'm very pleased with this product and highly recommend! Excellent product at a great price!

It rolls either beside me or behind me, my choice.The handle stays up and goes down when I need it to. Light wait but very well made made, multiple compartments and just so Beautiful. I enjoy the bag. It is spacious for the purposes I use it and it is light weight. It appears to be well made and the compartments are of good size. The spinner wheels are great. The bag is easiest to handle when rolled in the forward position. The handle is weak making it slightly difficult to turn and if the bag becomes too heave I am afraid it will break.I give this bag a 4.85 rating out of 5. Looks good

I purchased this bag after fracturing my back and was not able to carry my laptop computer in a backpack. This versatile and easily handled roller computer bag saved me! I’ll even continue to use it for travel!

The bag with spinner wheels was a perfect solution for my business needs. There is so much storage room and designed to keep you perfectly organized. The rolling bag has a slip-thru strap on the back so that it can easily sit on top of your suitcase. There are small pockets for those small things that normally tend to get lost. It has a telescoping handle and it holds my 17 inch laptop perfectly and securely. Small mesh pockets on the sides with zippers can hold your bottle or a folding umbrella. Love, love, love this bag!

I bought this bag to use as a personal item on my flights because I cannot carry my backpack anymore. Although the bag seems to be small enough for personal item, and it did just barely fit in the personal item space Sizer for American Airlines, it is entirely too big. (Is is oversize for a personal item on almost all other airlines).When I got into the plane, I could not put the bag under the seat in front of me because it was just too big, even though it was not packed full. I tried a number of spaces and the bag did not fit underneath the seat in any space or being pushed in any direction. I had to lift the bag and put it in the overhead compartment and with the wheels it made it extremely awkward and it rolled around in the overhead compartment.The bag pockets are not very functional.If I put my laptop in the slot for a laptop, the bag Falls over on its face, despite having four wheels on the bottom. The four wheels are big and stick way out and are a bit unstable. The handle is weak and unstable and when it is extended feels like I'm pulling with a tinker toy. It was very difficult to manage to the airports and from gate to gate. It did not roll beside me well and i felt like i was pushing, pulling, and struggling with it all trip.If you're looking for a personal item to store all of those things you want to carry with you on the plane and put under the seat in front of you, I would not recommend this bag.

My granddaughter is using this as a mobile Barbie case. It holds all she needs and it’s vey organized.

The pattern is beautiful and I get many compliments. I bought this for all the traveling I do for work. (Across the country back and forth at least 2 times a month) However, the fabric is not as thick and heavy duty as the laptop case it’s replacing. The very front section is shorter than the rest of case. You have to put more weight in the large back section so the case doesn’t fall forward which makes it easier for your laptop to get damaged. Putting my laptop in the section designed to hold a laptop, makes the case fall over forward due to the weight. Since the fabric isn’t very thick, and no extra room above your computer by zipper, the computer is not protected very well- especially when the case falls forward from the weight of the computer. (I thought about getting a protective sleeve for my laptop but that defeats the purpose of the case, and there wasn’t enough room in the case for a sleeve over the case. You wouldn’t be able to close the zipper. I may just keep this for when traveling without a laptop which isn’t too often though. As much as I love the look of this case, I will probably go back to using my 5 yr old case as it is much more sturdy and protective. (Even though the bottom is getting worn and it only has two wheels.) I was really looking for a heavy-duty case with 4 wheels for my 17.3 in laptop.

Nice case BUT as other reviews said, the handle is very wobbly and does not stay up and keeps going down. Which is no good when trying to wheel it and have a walking stick in other hand!!!!! Also the case wants to go its own way and has a hard job staying straight.I had not used it until the 28th April as only bought for a holiday to USA and went on 28th April. So at the airport I noticed the problems but as I was in USA I could not send back for refund or replacement. I have had to buy another case while here to use going back home to UK.I would definitely not buy another one because of that. I thought with all the reviews saying the same, that that problem would have been fixed, but no, still the same !!!!!!!!!
