Well I had expected it would come with power connect as my last tree from the same company did. That was disappointing for the price, but not a big deal.Tree looks natural and is easy to set up and fluff. Found two bad bulbs during initial set up and replaced them. It truly needs to come with a pack of replacement bulbs as the few they give you will be used up.Overall good light count and tree tip count. The feel real tips are the highlight.

7' perfect size. Doesn't look real fake, although pretty perfectly shaped. Love the relatively slim profile. Plenty of lights, easy to put up/take down. Quite expensive, but expecting this one to last a number of years.

Was looking for a lovely healthy green full tree. The entire tree was made of rubber and the color of my grandson’s nose when he’s sick. So disappointed in this tree but will try again next year with a different species. I guess rubber trees are the way of the future?

This item was so heavy that I could not pick it up so I had them come back and return it.

This tree is perfect! It does take some time and patience to fluff out but I was more than pleased with it. I put it together myself - it was somewhat heavy, but not terribly so. The lights all work and I only have about half of my ornaments on it in these photos. I was worried the tree would be shabby, but it is lovely!

Very nice, very full tree that looks better than a real one after all the decorations are on it. I bought one with traditional white mini lights, not LED. There were lots of lights and the quality of the light was very soft and mellow - unlike harsh blueish light from LEDs. Be aware that the branches are made out of traditional plastic needles but the tips are molded plastic (like toy soldier plastic). I wasn't so sure I liked the tips at first but once the tree was decorated, it looked fine. Just an FYI.

This tree is the best looking tree we have ever owned

This tree is just OK. Easy enough to put together, but a lot of bare spots and no matter how much you fluff, it still looks scrawny. Yes, I’m sure if you spent hours on it and then covered it with ornaments and stuck picks in all the bare spots, that would help, but for that price, it’s going back.
