Q: 8 end clamps show nuts and bolts. Do they come with package? If so can you confirm they are M8 size.

The end clamps did include hex head bolts and square nuts. The middle clamps did not. I used unistrut from Home Depot. The square nuts didn’t match perfectly with unistrut. I believe the included square nut setup works with XR rails or Quickrail. I was able to use the end clamp successfully with nuts and bolts from Home Depot that go with unistrut. I’m not sure of the size for the Allen wrench you will need, but I remember it was a common tool size. Nothing special. They worked great.

Q: What is the hold capacity? Can this withstand 147lbs of force?

That’s a lot of weight for solar panels. I have an array of six panels where there are three on top of three meaning that there’s only one on top of each panel that has two of the brackets. Most of the weight will be during the winter where they are only at approximately 25°, which still doesn’t give all of the weight to the bracket. My brackets are set up on Yuna strut and they’ve been having no difficulties at all.

I’m not sure what you mean by rails. If you’re talking about mounting your solar panels, Home Depot and Lowe’s sell Unistrut, metal brackets for mounting panels. Originally the Unistrut brackets were intended for mounting electrical wiring. By the way, you can use “Rhino mounts with these rails! Best wishes.
