Defective!
Identical to the Sisyphy we bought a few days ago and has exactly the same problem. Tested with two different Surface Go tablets, two different USB-PD chargers. LED blinks and charging is intermittent at best. Both tablets charge fine from the stock wall chargers and from the tested USB-PD chargers via a straight USB-C cables. This time we were smart enough to order a different cable as well (one that isn't nylon braided) and that one works just fine.
