The media could not be loaded. I love it!! This therapy ice pack is very well made and easy to use. I got this to help give me relief from my neck pain. I thought that a cold pack might help and it did. When I received the ice pack, I put it in my freezer for a few hours and it got very cold. It can also be put in the refrigerator and it will get cold.I was happy to find that the ice pack stayed put and did not slide all over the place. It also stayed cold for a long time. I feel that I got relief right away.I really like the dark color of this ice pack and feel that it is easy to clean with a damp rag. I also liked the large size of this ice pack because it covered the entire area that needed relief. I did notice that the pack is flexible, so I can use it on many parts of my aching body and that saves me money, since I don’t have to buy multiple ice packs. I can just reuse this TheraCool ice pack whenever I need to stop my pain.I am happy that I got this particular product.I very much recommend this ice pack for you or for a loved one in pain.

Does its job well. Gel holds on to its temperature better than many, while still staying pliable. Can cause minor frostbite when used on bare skin when laid upon. Tough and will not leak even if you put your whole weight on it in a small surface area.Volume of gel cannot provide cold past 10-20 minutes. It will maintain a cool temperature 20 minutes after this, but not cold.Good for a knee or isolated area. Takes two to mostly cover my entire back.

I had back surgery and just started physical therapy. This ice pack is amazing!! Best money spent so far on this whole thing. Not sure yet, but I think this will also help me to not need so much pain medication. Perfect size, great, strong materials, and still malleable when frozen. I love it!!

I have had many ice pack products over the years that are for relief of pain after surgery. This is the best by far.It is very flexible. The material around the ice pack part is very sturdy. The cover is very soft and the two "gripping" devices are nice and wide which helps to keep this in place.I am using this after hip replacement surgery, but I can see how this would be very helpful for back, shoulder or knee problems. I LOVE THAT IT IS MADE IN THE USA.

I recived it 5/25/19. Opened it and put it inside the freezer. Tonight when I put it on it was easy to place it in the holder and wrap it around my leg. Unfortunately it was not as cold as I thought it should have been. But i am going to freeze it longer and see what happens tomorrow. But the holder works well, I wish the strap was adjustable and a little less cheaply made maybe with a cushion or padding. I had hip replacement surgery so ice is really important in the healing process. I do recommend this product and hope that they make the small improvements so it can help better. I have another surgery for my other hip soon I hope they are able to make make changes by then or maybe they can do it by the time another person in need can use it.

A physical therapist friend recommended these. Now we keep two in the freezer and use them almost every day! I highly recommend them. They are heavy and cover a large area. And they stay cold.

I got this ice pack for my shoulder after I injured it, and was going through my ice packs faster than I could cool them. I was looking for the type of ice pack that a trainer in the past had used, as it was the perfect ice pack. This ice pack has it's pluses and minuses. Overall not a bad ice pack, but as other reviewers have mentioned it does lose most of it's flexibility when frozen. This makes it difficult to mold the pack around the injury. Another downside is that it has baffles in it so there are two strips that don't offer any cooling effect on the injured area. This is most troublesome when you drape it over your shoulder, as the strips tend to be right where the cooling is needed. You can adjust around this but would be a non issue without the baffles.On the plus side it does stay cool for a long time, and is very cold right out of the freezer.All in all if you aren't looking for something that you can mold around your injuries and don't mind the baffle design, this isn't a bad ice pack at all, just not quite what I was looking for. It does work though so not a total loss.

This is the perfect product for aching backs! I love the large size. It stays put pretty well in a recliner. It is soft and adapts to your shape. Would easily drape over a shoulder or leg... Blessed relief! No chasing around a little ice pack that gets covered with condensation and needs to be moved around to treat all the entire hurting area. This stays dry! (That is saying something because I live in very humid Florida, where ice packs get everything wet.) Although it is big, it has been made to fold neatly into thirds, so it doesn't turn into a freezer hog. I ordered two. One for me and my husband. Loved it so much on the first try, that I am going to drive across town and give one to my 89 year old father who suffers with terrible back pain. As soon as I finish this review, I am ordering another one for home and then I am out the door to deliver my extra to my father!
