I wish the air tight seal was a little better but they are overall a very good product. We've dropped them a couple of times on straight concrete and they're just fine. Would recommend.

Bought these for my legally purchased fragrant adult recreational products. In short: they are cost effective for short term storage. But for long term they are not air tight. The room they in which they are located has the strong scent of the commodity stored. So, I tested: closed an empty jar and submerged it in a pint glass of water. After two hours there was significant water in the closed jar. As such: not air or water tight. The quality is commensurate with the price. They arrived with a cloudy haze, but any new product should be washed if it is to be used for storing products for eating, etc. The lid is too heavy when opened, so be careful not to spill. I think they would work well with short term storage if freshness is an issue. But I do not think they work for long term air tight storage. So I will repurpose to other items that do not need to be air tight. Not sure what I will store, open to ideas, but I will put them to good use.

The jars were cute but were cloudy so when I opened to wash two were broke, and I sliced the top of my middle finger with one hence, the beware on my title! Was careful opening the rest and another one was broken and they are broke right at the closure so it is very dangerous to open. So two of 12 were broken.

I needed some smaller storage jars and specifically wanted them with this style closure. I was excited when I came across these. The jars are super cute and the perfect tiny size I needed. The only disappointing thing is they are not airtight like advertised. I'm storing spices in mine and wanted airtight to avoid the odors associated with some of them. I quickly noticed the smells were not being contained at all. However, for the money, I can't be too disappointed. I would buy them again, just not for airtight storage purposes.

These work out pretty good. The only thing I'd like to see different is if they stacked on top of each other a little better.

I love these super cute little glass jars! They are exactly the size that I need for my herbs. I didn't test to see if they are leak proof because I'm not using them for liquids at all. They came in a great box which is how I'm keeping them while not in use. None were broken or chipped, I checked them all individually. I did notice the clasp feels a little light, like there's not a lot to it and I feel like I could bend them so I'll just be careful. 12 in a pack, which is perfect- I saw other listings for similar items but there were way too many jars for me. I don't need 50 jars. I got these because I'm reducing the use of plastic, and I was pleased they didn't use and plastic in the packaging. I feel like these are a great buy and definitely recommend them!

They did come with a residue. Easy wash and dry. They work perfectly for all my "herbs". The labels from the shop fit perfectly. My closet no longer smells like a Cypress Hill concert.

Great size for anyone who needs to store up to a quarter ounce or less. I like to have a variety of different strains and these jars are just right. Don’t know that I’ll ever need all 12 but I can probably find other uses for them or share some with friends. FYI - some odor does escape from the jars.

Just what I was looking for to fill with spices for my sister. Jars seal water-tight and hold a decent amount of spices. Turned out to be a great Christmas gift.Any leftover spices were stored in the freezer.
