Extra Vitamin A and zinc might double up on your multi vits
These have the equivalent of 10 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zeaxanthin which is the recommended amount. They also have riboflavin. They also have Zinc and Vitamin A, so that means that if you are taking multivitamins or minerals, you may be getting too much. Too much Vit A isn’t a good idea as you get older. The vitamin A is only 37% of your daily requirement, but you might want to check that you aren’t doubling up. You take one of these capsules a day. They originate from a firm in Coventry. Considering you don’t get a jar, these are a bit expensive at over 18 quid. I take lutein every day, to ward off age-related macular degeneration, but I don’t want or need extra vitamin A.

Good ingredients, atm very skeptical but results to be seen if any.
The media could not be loaded. Looks like good vitamins although smell like these contain turmeric, but there is none.I am skeptical at the moment but it is yet to be seen if these indeed work. I will amend my review either way.The ingredients list looks fine and the supply is very good. These will last for two months and the price seems to be in line with similar products in local pharmacies.

Good for tired eyes
My eye sight isn’t the best and I wear glasses for distance. I used to take similar supplement that made a huge difference to my eyes. My eyes are getting tired and this supplement definitely improves my vision, I think simply because my eyes feel less tired and I can see more clearly. I need to get into habit and order more after I finish this pack. The list of ingredients is impressive all of them are proven to improve eyes health. It’s a two months supply so I think it’s a very good value for money. It comes in pouch that is resealable. Usually I am not keen on pouches and prefer bottles but this is a greener option because this pouch is decomposable.

helps tired, over-worked eyes
My eyes had become consistently sore and dry feeling, even after a good night's sleep so I thought I would give these a try. The capsules are not too large, they are easy to swallow and don't really have a taste. After a few days of use I no longer needed to use moisturizing eye drops, my eyes felt like they went back to normal and no longer had dryness issues. After a couple of weeks of use my eyes were less likely to get blood-shot and tired, despite working at the computer for hours and barely blinking while editing. We can't always take breaks from bright lights, computer screens or use electronics less, so these kind of supplements definitely help. I would recommend these.

Decent alternative to Macushield
I've been taking Macushield supplements for years now as I've known people with macular degeneration and take them as a sort of insurance policy to do all I can for my eyes. The trouble is Macushield is fairly expensive, and when I've tried other brands which try to make themselves look like they are a cheaper alternative they've not had the same proven ratio of lutein (10 mg), zeaxanthin (2 mg) and meso-zeaxanthin (10 mg) that Macushield does. These do, and they have a smattering of other added vitamins and minerals like Macushield Gold does, though the manufacturer has chosen different levels. I don't bother with Macushield Gold as I take other supplements anyway, so the extra vitamins and minerals here I don't think really add anything for me.The capsules are a bit larger and contain a powder in a clear capsule, rather than the rounder Macushield ones which seem to contain a liquid. Easy enough to take.Like Macushield they are made in the UK, so it all comes down to price. These are a bit cheaper than Macushield Gold but no cheaper than standard Macushield.I'm not very keen on the packaging, I find these plastic bags fiddly to store and reseal, and I prefer the blister packs Macushield uses. These are fine, and the only real alternative to Macushield I've found, but they're not significantly cheaper and I don't like the packaging as much. If they were on offer and quite a bit cheaper I'd buy them again, or if Macushield was out of stock, but otherwise they don't really offer any benefit beyond an alternative choice.
