Definitely recommend!
I am so happy with this! It was my dog's first time riding with me! This made it so easy to ride my bike without running him over! I have nothing but positive memories!

Disappointed
It was easy to attach to my bike and has worked well so far! My dog is over 60 pounds and I can barely feel him. It causes a little drag when he sees another dog and tries to run to him, but for the most part it’s been an easier much safer ride than using a regular leash.Update: the bungee leash snapped off. My dog looked a little scared but did not cry out and I did not see marks. So I am assuming he was not hurt.

I'm not very happy with this product
I'm not very happy with this product, my dog is only 60 lbs and he was trying to stop and before I did the leash snapped and hit him on his neck which hurt him bad he was running away from me after he got loose.. it was a very bad experience. I would suggest you change the leash material..

Clamp size is large
The connection for the seat post is way too big and we cannot even use it!

Great product but train your dog first.
This product is great! It is sturdy and affordable. I have a 35-pound dog and we are having so much fun with my bike. The leash has a nice shock absorber that keeps the dog from going too far astray. HOWEVER, it is ESSENTIAL that you train your dog to run with the bike. While I was waiting for the leash to be delivered, I took my dog out everyday, with his regular leash tied to my bike seat and walked him and the bike around the neighborhood. I taught him, “hurry up” and “whoa”, “left” and “right.” I bounced the bike, ran it in circles, hit the brakes, rang the bell, so he got used to all the sights and sounds. IMPORTANT: Make sure when you’re hooking the dog up to the bike, you hang onto the bike in case he/she pulls. If the dog pulls the bike over when you are attaching or releasing him/her they’ll freak out and you’ll have to start training all over again. When the bike leash arrived, I started out by alternating walking the bike and riding it to build up his endurance. Now I have a delightful, well- behaved cycling buddy.PS: You probably know this, but for safety reasons, alway attach the bike leash to the dog’s halter and NEVER to it’s collar.
