Okay, so I bought this after I already had:- a fitbit sleeve to put my phone in when running- a different phone holder for my bicycleFirst of all, it is *so* nice to have the phone holder and the armband/bike band separate. It's insanely convenient. I used to have to stop, pull my armband off, and take my phone out. Now I just twist and it comes off my arm easily, and I can take photos or change playlists or whatever I want to do, and snap it back on.I have a Google Pixel 5 and I was worried it wouldn't fit, but it's totally fine. HOWEVER, because the phone is kind of long, and the bit that connects the phone holder to the armband is fairly small, it does feel like the phone flops around a bit - like it was a seesaw, with the connecting bit as the middle. So far I haven't had any issues with it - hasn't fallen, hasn't come loose - but I do pay a lot of attention to it because I worry that it *may*. I've used this for a few weeks now, so I'll update in a few months.The arm band is nice. The loop in my fitbit one would always end up sideways, and the armband gets loose, but with this armband, it stays on very securely. I did worry about that at first, with the velcro, but it's been great.TL;DR - so far, pretty happy with it. I can't believe more companies haven't thought of making phone holders like this.

I was so excited to use this product for my run today. It was easy to attach the Phone Tie Connect to the Run tie connect, however it took me 5 mins to try to get them apart. No amount of force was budging them... I was finally able to get the to turn and come apart with a tight grip and a lot of force...I played with it a few times, but it was still extremely difficult. Then I took it out on a run. Getting it to attach while the run tie connect was on my arm wasn't a problem, but there was no way I could get the two to turn/twist apart so I couldn't take the phone off while it was on my arm...that was the whole point in buying this, so I could change between audio books on long runs. It was nothing like the video at all. I don't know if this is a defective model as after only attaching and detaching the two a few times there appear to be scrape marks on the Phone tie connect (see photo) due to not properly gliding with the run tie connect. I would not recommend wasting your money on this because it's not worth it. The value is in the ability to attach and detach the phone but it doesn't work as the video shows.

The straps are wonderfully soft and perfectly adjustable to be able to keep hold on my forearm yet not cut off the circulation and make it uncomfortable. Great for jogging or everyday use when your pockets aren’t big enough to hold your phone. Had no issue removing my phone by rotating 45° yet it never fell when locked in place. Unfortunately within 6 month of owning it, one of the straps that wraps around the corner of the phone has begun to crack. Since this part is essential to keeping the phone on any of the attachments I can’t use any of them anymore. I’m left worried it could snap at any moment and my phone would go flying off. A bit pricy for a product that needs replacing after 6 months.

I bought this in July and deferred writing a review because I was disappointed right from the start. One excellent thing though is the ease with which you can attach/detach your phone from the armband. Everything else - functionality, durability are definitely 1 or 2 stars. The armband slips when exercising or bike riding. When you make this tighter to prevent it from slipping, the Velcro strip begins to pinch against your skin. The stretch has caused the top fabric to separate from the armband itself (band literally disintegrates) and 2 of the 3 bands in the box are now damaged. I'm NOT an avid exerciser (so there's no overuse here) but for what I paid (premium compared to the current price + coupon), I definitely expected this to last at least a year. Lest I forget, armband arrived in box that was all tattered and torn up and I'm still yet to get over the fact that someone from the seller/Amazon thought it "OK" to send that as-is to a customer without taping the box so at least it looks decent. Quite disappointed all round.
