Easy setup for Loyverse POS
bought this printer for my client's Loyverse POS, very easy to setup as a Wifi printer with just an iPad. Printing speed is good, will see if it's durable for long term use.

Great customer service
Printer arrived really quickly and easy to set up using links and tutorial videos. Had one issue trying to upload a logo ti the receipt but the Whatsap chat was very quick and helped resolve the problem.Would recommend.

Huge connection problems
Their website says to download the driver but when you click on it, you are taken to a site that has nothing to do with the printer. Tried many different ways, wasted so far about four hours.Says I cannot return it !!!!

Easy to setup
This product is perfect, easy to setup as a LAN printer from my windows machine and my MacBook and also connects to my square card reader. Third Munbyn product I’ve bought and it’s great.

Poor build quality
Feels cheap and sometimes makes loud beeping noise, having to switch it off and on to stop it! Wouldn't recommend
