No lamp shade; poorly assembled.
The Canton blue lamp arrived, but no shade was included with the base. The description of the lamp on Amazon clearly indicates a lamp shadeis supposed to be part of the purchase. Also, the ceramic column does not fit squarely on top of the wooden base, and it is fused too tightly to move it. This is an extremely disappointing purchase.

missing parts/no response to request for replacement
I ordered 2 of these lamps. The second came about 2 weeks after first. It was missing the harp and knob that first lamp had. I wrote an email requesting that these parts be sent. I have had NO acknowledgement of my problem or a plan for resolution.I would really appreciate a response.Gail McClave
