Small but packed with features and easy to operate
I love this alarm clock, mostly because it plays the most charming music at wake up time, which is much nicer than the usual jarring alarm noises. I At first I was worried about the very compact size really providing all the functions, but they work due to some very clever multi-functional buttons. It's very easy to reset the alarm time, time of day, choose a different music. I have not used the radio clock feature because I don't like waking up to bad news, but everything else works exactly as promised.Edit: I still love this clock however I just had to order a new one. My cat knocked it off the nightstand and it jarred something, the clock stopped working. So note of warning: it is lightweight and somewhat fragile to drops of 2.5'.Edit Again: I need to edit my edit above: The clock was not broken at all. When it fell off the nightstand, it hit the top hard and the time went catty-wampus. I tried a reboot by unplugging it for a while and when plugged back in, it did start up and had even held the previous settings. Unfortunately, my helper had not put the power plug into the power jack, but into the AUX jack. The phone ran on its 3 AAA batteries for almost 18 hours, and then they died. We thought the phone had died completely, and realized our mistake when we set up the new replacement phone. Put the plug into the right jack, everything worked. So this is not a fragile little clock after all. It survived a big drop, and came up working perfectly. And now the guest room has a one.

This is one of the worst designed products we have ever encountered
This is one of the worst designed products we have ever encountered. It is virtually impossible to accurately set the time for the alarm, to change the radio station, brighten or dim the light or change the volume. Since every setting is done by the one dial on top, that's right every setting by one dial, and it is impossible to control which setting you are attepting to adjust. I bought it for my wife as an inexpensive Christmas present to replace a 20-year old malfunctioning alarm clock. Coal in her stocking would have been a better present. This new one is so bad we have returned to the old clock because it is easier to deal with the malfunctioning than to try to adjust this new clock. The instruction manual is impossible to understand probably because it is attempting to expain the unexplainable. If you are buying one I would suggest getting two instead so during episodes of family discord you could be equally well armed to fire them at each other; fair is fair and they are not that expensive.

Cute little clock
Cute little clock. I am having difficulty getting good reception on the radio. Also there is an orange circle around the button that I don't know how to remove. I had wanted the radio to wake up to music rather than a blaring buzzer, however the clock alarm sound is a lovely dawn song, so I didn't need the radio. Overall, it takes up little space on the nightstand, and has easily readable numerals and is just what I wanted. Also like charging my phone from the clock.

Great minimalist look and size
Great minimalist look and size, pleasant alarm sound. However, shortly after the return window, clock stopped functioning consistently - second alarm often fails to go off, snooze does not always work. If alarm #2 is changed to go off before alarm #1, neither will work. I would return if I could. Waste of money.

I like almost everything about this alarm clock
I like almost everything about this alarm clock. Easy to set, adjustable volume from dead quiet to blaring for the alarms, and most importantly two alarms that can both be set at the same time. Battery lasts about 40 hours with the display set to dim. Next time, we'll leave the display off if the power goes out. The only things I'd change is the color of the backlight and allow for dimmer display settings. The light color is "white", but has a distinct blue tint to it, and even on dimmest visible setting it is too bright. Given the concerns of effects of blue light on sleep, I'd prefer an orange or pink tint to the light.

Ridiculously Confusing & Broken
This clock radio is ridiculously confusing, let alone, died the first night I had it. I am very tech savvy. You have to turn this weird 1" dial to set it & that same dial is supposed to control the brightness of the LCD screen. I had it set for the time & had to write to the manufacturer to find out how to get the FM to come on. Have not heard back. First of all, if you have any length of finger nails, you will be totally unable to turn this 1" dial to set the times, as there is no grip to it. Tonight I went to make sure it was not going to go off in the morning & no matter how I push the dumb dial, I cannot make the display light come on. It seems the dial/button is stuck. It worked fine earlier today. It has a little tiny 1/8" button you have to push in morning when the alarm goes off to disarm the alarm (when you are not totally awake). This tiny alarm dial is sitting very close to this 1" dial you have to use & a man with big fingers could not do it. It is a very tiny clock. Like maybe 2 1/2" to 3" wide. I am angry at myself for wasting the money. It is too late to return it. I waited too long to figure the thing out. In the trash can it goes.

Love it
This clock radio is the perfect size for my bedroom and works great. An added plus is the excellent customer service. My young Border Collie chewed up and swallowed the important part of the instruction sheet yesterday and the seller emailed me a new copy right away. Everything including the radio is set up and working perfectly.
