BAMSPlus Size Compression Socks Wide Calf XL XXL XXXL – Graduated Knee-High Support, Viscose from Bamboo Easy-On/Easy-Off

I have tried several pairs of "plus-size" or "wide-calf" compression socks, and NONE of them were truly plus size - most of them I couldn't get past a third of the way up my leg. I saw these and stayed on the fence for a while, not wanting to shell out more money for yet another pair of socks that I wouldn't be able to wear. But, I finally decided to give them a try. I measured my calf and according to the BAMS size chart, I needed a 2XL. I almost laughed - there's no way that could be correct. Some of the previous pairs that I bought that barely fit my husband's little skinny legs were sized 3XL and 4XL. But, I read the comments and saw several that said the size chart was accurate...so I ordered a 2XL and impatiently waited for them to arrive. Holy moly - imagine my surprise when they arrived and they were the PERFECT fit!! I can't say enough nice things about these socks. They are absolutely the most comfortable pair of compression socks I've tried, have just the right amount of stretch, and I don't have to get my entire family involved to help me get them pulled up to my knee. The packaging was also nice - certainly not the cheap, flimsy cellophane packaging that others use - plus they have a 1-year warranty. I intend to order more - I just wish they came in brighter colors and patterns. But if you need compression socks of a slightly larger size, take it from me and just go ahead and put these in your cart and hit that order button!!

I'm very impressed with these socks. I got them for my partner who's struggling with poor circulation in her feet/legs. She works from home, sitting about 10 hours a day with the occasional breaks to move about. In one day she has seen ridiculous reducing of swelling, she wore them all day and went to bed without wearing them. Next day, her legs/feet looked totally normal, no more next day swelling and she didn't have to sleep with pillows under her legs. It's a real gamer-changer. The only issue she has with them is she thinks the fabric is too thin in some parts of the socks when you stretch them.

My mother-in-law has MS and constantly battles fluid build up in her ankles and feet from everyday activities. During one of the recent heat waves, her legs swelled and her legs started to severely cramp from the lack of blood flow. This greatly affected her ability to get sleep and work. She needed constant compression, even while on her meds.So we gave these a try. We were concerned about how stretchy the material needed to be to fit her legs and ankles. Thankfully, they easily fit, but were a bit tight around the top edge where the rubber traction section is. This is understandable and worth the slight discomfort because these keep the socks from slipping down.She was able to loose about 10lbs of water weight from just her legs in the first few days. Walking is far easier without the swelling and cramping has been non-existent. She wears them everyday and even picked up another pair to match her work outfits. It is now a must have in her life. Highly recommend for people battling the same issues.

They fit, washed well, and bought another color. However, you must know how to put them on bc they are strong. I could not follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all. I gathered mine completely up, got the toe on, pulled the heel on, and then pulled up to the knee. Avoid letting the fully gathered sock go until all the way up.Recommend—if you know how to put them on or have help to put them on. They are good bc they are firm!

I ordered these, expecting them to suck, as most compression socks do. I am size 24 or 4x with big legs and most compression socks aren’t big enough and they are too tight. These were perfect. The material isn’t too thick or stiff and it applies just enough pressure that you feel support but not cutting off circulation. I ordered mine for after surgery.

I was pleasantly surprised by these. Having very large calves it was nice to put a pair of compression on but did not hurt. I sit all day and they did the job I had no swelling and use them regularly. Very pleased!

These socks were very soft and easy to get on. I wore them to work and they were comfortable. They felt like normal socks not sausage casings, and were not really hot even though they are knee high. I definitely recommend these. They do have compression but are not super tight.

These are great! Wash well, I was in cold water and dry on medium. I wear them everyday, all day, and they are super comfortable, never binding. Because of the bamboo, my feet and legs don’t sweat, and I live in South Florida. Get them.
