A lot of my friends admire this beautiful windmill. It adds substance on my christmas village collection.

Have used this for two holiday seasons and it looks wonderful. I do wish it had an auto on/off switch.

This windmill was the perfect addition to my holiday decor. It looked beautiful next to a lighthouse i have.

Good quality. Met or exceeded all expectations.

The media could not be loaded. If you look at the windmill straight on, the windmill lights are blinding! They are so bright on the blades that it makes it hard to see the other lights that are on! We're returning this one. This village piece looks better quality in the photos and videos online but in person we think it looks too "plastic-y".

My son has autism and loves to watch the windmill sitting on his bedroom table.The first one shipped to me didnt appear to work. After amazon shipped a replacement I realized the reason it did not work is the plus side of each battery does not make contact.I'm very concerned about it's safety. First, the batteries do not make contact and require folded aluminum foil wedged with a tool into the plus side of each battery in order for it to work. Even without the aluminum foil the batteries are so difficult to remove they require an additional tool like a screwdriver. If you're like me and use professional rechargeable lithium ion batteries, this requires 3 batteries changed out twice per day. If you use a screwdriver to remove the batteries, this poses a scratch or puncture risk to the casing of the battery.I've done recent research on this and it is dangerous to scratch or puncture a lithium ion battery. It can cause toxic fumes to be released which are also a fire hazard.If this had a plug in cord I would rate it 5 stars. Unfortunately both the original and the replacement are the exact same. The batteries do not make contact and are impossible to remove without a tool. Neither my husband or I could remove them by hand.Amazon return is wonderful but it's difficult for me to make returns since my son is disabled and has severe immunodeficiency. I wasnt able to return the original or the replacement, so now I have 2 of these.
