I'm using these connectors for inside a truck cab, and maybe under the hood. The conducting connectors *look* gold plated, but I doubt that they are. Still, they crimp well and also solder very quickly when needed.Unlike many of the black semi-waterproof connectors, the snap fittings don't break immediately. Time will tell as to the longevity of the snaps and the plastic housings overall. I'm optimistic.

Great product and price

Bought these for a hookup or installation for a Kenwood radio. Although these look similar they are opposite of what they need to be. I'm not the only one that found this, I wish I had looked a little more carefully.There is no claim that these would work for HAM radio, but I took the chance as they look close until closer examination.My fault, I will maybe use these for another purpose. They are also pretty loose fitting when putting the connectors together. Probably would be OK once put together with the lugs. Not really waterproof.

LOTS OF PARTS FOR PRICE

Got these to add work lights to the rear of my John Deere 790 Tractor. Didn't fit. Could be the John Deere ones are non standard. They fit together well but I was hoping I didn't have to replace the ones on the tractor, wires are very short.Good product though if replacing both ends.

Its a huge bag of connectors for cheap. They arent water tight but for electronics not exposed to weather you couldnt ask for more. Connections fit good, the terminals are of a decent make and fit into the blocks good. They come with male and female sides and latch together.Worth the price and work well.
