Yes, boxes will hold standard or larger cupcakes. There are adjustable tabs on the insert based on cupcake size. There is also plenty of room for frosting and topper.

The quantity of the cupcake inserts is euqal to the cupcake boxes. Hence, the 60 count comes as 60 single cupcake boxes plus 60 inserts.

I never shiped them but they do stay intact driving lol.

Q: Will it hold a large cupcake with topper?

I believe they only hold mini or regular size. I had regular size cupcakes in mine.
