great for neck and shoulder cramps
I have carpal tunnel and arthritis holding on/in my hand helps with the nerves and cramping muscles, my husband uses it on his varicose veins, which cause him pain and swelling

this product was great because it actually worked
Initially, this product was great because it actually worked. After having it a little over a month, it stopped working and it won't charge. I sent a question to the seller asking about charging it but no response. Don't waste your money! I will have to purchase another one now.
