This bike was purchased as a means to be a main mode of transportation to work, but it has given nothing but issues since day one. The pedal keeps falling off, and now the last time we tried to reattach it, the pedal won’t work/move at all, and the motor is now skipping a beat and not working right. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bike as it has been nothing but hassles and problems since the day it was delivered. We also purchased a warranty but they won’t do anything about it and keep saying we have to contact the manufacturer who we never hear back from. So we have a bike that doesn’t work and still have to spend money on Ubers and bus fares. What a waste.

Not even two days old and the battery stopped charging and the throttle got stuck. I followed all online videos and nothing fixed the issue. I should have read the reviews before buying. Almost every review is negative. Product should be removed from Amazon site. Nothing good to say about this product or the seller. Seller knows they are selling faulty product.

I am in love with this!! I stalled a little bit putting it together because i was worried it would be really hard, but i was very wrong. It took me like 10 minutes to put together. It has taken me way long to build a normal bike. The instructions are very clear, and only a handful of steps. The electric motor, is surprisingly light, and it did not take long at all to charge. Then you simple place in the holder, turn it on and then power on the bike; easy peasy! It allows you to peddle and do the motor, or completely motorized, which is my favorite setting! It has gears and brakes like a standard bike, but just also a motor button. The bike also has a light in the front, that you can turn in with the same controls you use to power on the bike. It goes as fast as expected, and battery life lasts as long as described and is a blast to ride! I like that i can ride it like normal but then when i'm too tired to make it back home because i went too far, It'll drive me home! This is so much fun, and extra nice when its too hot out. Plus the bike looks real cool lol

I love the bike itself. But the battery is not as good as they say it is it only lasts all together maybe 10 blocks if that and it definitely does not go 20mph maybe 15 tops. Plus even with the customer service from Amazon or the manufacturer there is no way to get a replacement battery even if you're willing to purchase it. Oh and one more thing bike is very cheaply designed it is like it was just ghetto rigged by a bunch of idiots

I bought this bike in January and its been 5 months since I've had it. The pedal fell off, the seat fell off and brakes no longer work. It's a piece of junk. I have not heard back from company. Do not buy!!!
