I have a Handmade Etsy shop and for my organic skin care these are perfect. They come shipped in 3 separate pieces, easy to put together. I'm happy they come apart first because I sanitize everything and its much easier to sanitize cleaning everything when the pieces are already apart for you. To place together after being cleaned is simple. 2 were BROKEN, shattered glass and also 2 bottom parts broken, inside the box. However, I know every time I order supplies like these, to always count at least 3 less than whats in the order, because when you order skin care containers (glass or plastic) always at least 3 will be broken, always happens to me every time.

Received order with 10 broken.

Received with a few damaged bottles. Love the product otherwise and don't want to return the whole thing. Hoping you can make it right. Plan on ordering more for future!

The bottles do not come prepared like with other companies, so keep in mind if you are purchasing that you will have to put the bottle together yourself. The pictures are misleading and it should be included in the details so customers are aware. It includes the gold tops, rubber stop, the dropper stick and the bottle. There are no instructions, but I figured it out because I use these for my business.If You Need Help:Just insert the white rubber top in the hole of the gold top. Push it through until the lips snap to secure it. Then place it on your empty bottle and twist to secure it.

The media could not be loaded.  First off these come completely un-assembled. That’s was shocking. As I’m assembling I’m finding many broken bottles and the lids are inconsistent, some have sharp edges, dents and discoloration. I can’t seem to contact the seller so now I have to decide if the hour wasted assembling some of them and packaging all this back up and driving to ups is worth a return.Update - was already disappointed by many broken bottles and faulty lids. Went ahead and tried to put together the ones that looked ok (yes you have to put them together) a the suction is terrible, many of the glass droppers don’t fit well and because of this they are “wobbly”And no suction. What a nightmare and huge regret and waste of money
