A little rough. Think comparable to peaches n cream but a smidge rougher and a little bit thinner. I doubled the strands and got exactly size I wanted but it’s a bit stiff if you aren’t careful w your tension.Little to no issues w strands fraying. Only happened after repeated froggings in spots and easily corrected.Yarn never broke on me.Legit only complaint is that it barely glows when lights first go off.I get the impression it brightens some as it sits in the dark, but I haven’t had the time to truly test that theory yet. It glows regardless. Just faintly at first.The yardage had me hesitant but, I’ve used them on a few projects now and have more than half of those skeins left still.I would recommend.

If anyone's not good at imagining size in their head like I am. These are tiny balls of yarn but definitely worth the payment for how much they glow

Could use a bit more

It's really thin and small, and when you use it it gets stringy. I'm not sure if it actually glows yet, but it's a little difficult to crochet with.

I really liked the glow in the dark. Our granddaughter loved the unicorn I crocheted using the glow in the dark for some of the mane. I also made a heart using this then sewed it to the unicorn. I also crocheted a blanket using it. Very cool.
