MARTIN CLUNES: ISLANDS OF AUSTRALIA

Really a nice show learning about life and living in Australia.

Anyone who has ever watched Martin Clunes (Doc Martin) knows what a delightful character he is. In this DVD he explores islands around Australia, meeting all sorts of people from an older gentleman who is the ONLY person living on this island, to beautiful girls doing what I call a hula dance. He doesn't just narrate, he LIVES it, ENJOYS being there! He is as awe-struck as you will be and you will laugh out loud. At the same time, you will be learning about this great island, Australia.

I love this! It's beautiful and Martin doesn't disappoint! He gives such heartfelt insight and his sense of humor is delightful! I'm going to watch it again 😃

Pretty bland. The senery is basically what you would expect i.e. normal Austrailia. Main character is entertaining and funny at times. This CD is just normal as in watch once then give CD away.

Only had time to watch 1 segment of this Martin Clunes' Australian Adventure DVD but we love it. Martin is so different from his Doc Martin character (which we love also). He's smiling through most of the time. Martin also seems to love all living creatures whatever they are. Some more than others. I am so glad that I purchased this DVD. I hope he takes more adventures to other countries for all of us who will never be able to go to those wonderful places. Thank you Martin and thank you to Amazon for making them available for purchase.

First, you can't go wrong with Martin Clunes. Clever, witty, and obviously loving life! The programs are brilliant and beautiful, informative and relaxing to watch. A must watch for sure!

Felt like I was on the trip with the "good Dr." The scenery and all the information was an eye-opener and made me want to plan a trip to the beautiful area; but the body is weak so watching this adventure is a great alternative. Please plan more travel adventures with Martin Clunes, he is the best at everything he does.

If you enjoy Martin Clunes you like these wildlife and landscape documentaries he’s done!!! No acting , just himself and the things he enjoys!!

I thought this was perhaps one of the best I had seen by Doc Martin! In fact, I first ordered it at the library to see it, then I turned around and purchased it from Amazon! I am a vast Nature Lover and cried with Martin Clunes at the wonderfulness of nature. Boy, does he have a heart!

The latest of a number of 'Islands of' series, beautifully presented by Martin Clunes. Interesting and well worth watching.

As with the other Islands films Martin Clunes explores and reveals previously little-known facets of information about each one. The scenery is beautiful and the interactions with his hosts enjoyable. Educational without being overbearing. An asset to revisit a few times more.
