Apolla Shocks - The Joule - Compression Socks with Targeted & Patented Support for Barefoot -

Was hesitant as I have not had the greatest of luck with compression items, usually 'cut' into the skin too much and with my fibro, that means pain. I was intrigued by an ad I saw somewhere, maybe in part to my younger ballet days but also really liked the toe/heel cutouts as pressure on my poor toes is an issue plus helps with 'hot' feet. Opening the package I was both impressed and concerned with how thick and dense the material was. The quality of it was undeniable but they looked so small I was afraid I had lost the gamble one takes with an unfamiliar product. Color me pleasantly suprised. Super snug at first but not uncomfortably so, did not leave me with that super sore tenderness when I took them off after wearingall day (you who know know exactly what I am talking about), and while they naturally did not shrink back to their pre-worn size, they by no means are stretched out of shape. I am very optimistic for how these will do in time and will very likely be purchasing more in the future. They are def $$ for me, but worth it.

My college student has a movement class and they can't wear shoes... socks are too slippery and don't allow for proper purchase on the flooring... and bare feet are painful for her as she has some joint pain in her feet...these are perfect as they provide some compression support - but allow her purchase on the flooring so she doesn't slip about. I was a bit unsure about them as they are kind of spendy - but she says they are worth it.

It works pretty well; I feel supported, but it chafes my achilles when I move my feet too much. Unfortunately, as dancers, we move our feet constantly, so I don’t know what I will do about this problem. It might be that the Small was too small for my feet, (size 6.5/7 US) but I also don’t know if the Medium will be too long since my feet are not that size range (?). Maybe size up, but will have less compression. :-/

But for the price I expected more! I have arthritis and sometimes these are exactly what I need on my foot. Other times I Can't stand the discomfort! I realize this probably has more to do with my condition then the product!

I'm a teen with chronic foot pain and I really wanted some compression socks that would still give me mobility. I do a lot of dancing and these socks help me tremendously with pain. I slip them on when I'm sleeping, having a bad pain day, or just want some extra support! 11/10 recommend for anyone who wants some more support in the feet. ❤️

I like it and I use it for Planters fasciitis. Also I am flat footed therefore it supports my arch.

Now that I am working from home all day I found my ankles swelling. Did not like the feel of traditional compression socks so I wanted something that would be smaller and allow my feet to breath. These socks did the trick. Stopped my swelling and felt great on. I liked them so much I bought 2 pair so I can clean and rotate daily.
