CressiF1, Scuba Diving Snorkeling Frameless Mask -Made in Italy

Q: is there any reason one couldn' t use this for snorkeling though it's marketed for scuba diving?

My 10 year old son and I use this mask to snorkel in the pool all the time. I use the snorkel when cleaning the pool and have no problems whatsoever. Just attach the snorkel to the masks strap like any other. This is honestly the best mask I ever owned.

Q: Will these seal effectively for someone with a large mustache?

I doubt any mask will seal effectively a large mustached guy. The Cressi mask is an excellent one for field of view. However, in your case you may need to occasionally apply a little pressure to the top of the mask with your finger (while looking upwards) and blow some air through your nose to expel water when it seeps in. The price you have to pay for your manly looks ;)

Q: Does this mask seal your nose from the water? Looking for mask to learn kayak rolling in pool, and water rushing in my nose ruins it.

A good fit is a must when you are purchasing a mask. While this mask is designed to seal the nose, it's important that you test it before you go out for a real dive. In your case try this maneuver on your kayak in your pool before you venture to open water. Thankfully the return policy for Amazon allows you to return at no charge a product that does not do what it's supposed to do. I hope this helps.

Q: I dropped the mask and the glass shattered. Can the glass be replaced or do I throw the mask out (only used twice!) and buy a new one? Thanks

I don't think you could or should replace the glass... and if you could I bet it would cost an arm and two legs! You may want to check with your eye doctor about it. The reason I say that is because my son wanted to get his prescription put in his mask and it was going to cost him an arm and one leg! So check it out, you may find it better to buy 4 new ones for the price of fixing that one. Hope this helps! (PS: when you get your new one be very careful with it!)
