This Camera base should come with every camera. It made the installation very easy and helped clean up all the loose wires. And even though you are installing an extra piece of hardware, I think that it actually speeds up the install. Great product!

The whole "works with most cameras" doesn't seem to hold truth, unless you have one of those cameras that they have pictured - they skimped out on a plate cover that would have made this a truly "works with most cameras" deal. So if you're looking for something to screw your camera into and hide the wires, unless your camera has a base that fits exactly over this, you won't be able to use them without some home depot covers or fabricating something.Turns out they're a wee too big for most electrical junction box covers too... Wish I had a 3d printer, I'd print some thick abs plastic ones.

Best value! Great box. Definitely would but again. I gave them 4 stars because they don’t have these in black, only white and grey. I purchased black cameras. I ordered grey and ended up buying black spray paint and got the job done.

I bought this to be used to install my new camera system on my house . But the junctions box were a little too small my camera bass hang over the sides. Making it look unprofessional. But the are a nice design but it does not fit hikvision or reolink dome camera type .

I like the camera base junction boxes very much. Unfortunately I have to return them because the holes doesn't line up with my camera base. I highly recommend these junction boxes to anyone who needs a 4 holes camera base.
