You can buy mix for churro so as to make it easier if you don't have authentic recipe for them.
I bought my son a churro maker and he loves this cinnamon sugar. He was born and brought up in Spain so it's very nostalgic for him. Couldn't be happier

It's really nice
I put this on top of pancakes or anything I'm baking as it creates a really tasty crunchy top. It's not heavy on the cinnamon and you just need a sprinkle. Would buy again
