I had an outlet fail, so I needed to replace it. I found this 2-unit set and tried them out. Here's what I like: - The kits are complete with faceplates, and screws. - Installation is easy - all connection including the ground are "slide in and tighten" terminals. - RESET and TEST buttons are labeled for both "right side up" and "upside down" which matters if you can't reorient the wires in back. - Indicator on the front indicate when the outlet is live and available. There is an indicator also to indicate the unit has tripped. When I test the circuit, the tripped indicator flashes and then stay out - I'm not sure if a load circuit caused the trip if that indicator would stay on. - The outlets are tamper-resistant, blocking insertions unless it's an actual plug.Some comments... - GFCI outlets are thicker than normal outlets - make sure you have enough space behind in the box.So far, these are working great - and edit will follow if any issues crop up...

Installed like all the others and works properly. Has not tripped in a weather box outside like the others do. Very happy

I bought two, but the bubble envelopes were already open.Neither of them works.Amazon should always double-check the quality and performance of returned products before reselling them.10 months ago I bought and installed two of the same products, but I didn't test them at that time.So when I tested their performance this time, I found that one of them didn't work, but I couldn't return it because the return period was already over.

This is the 2nd pair of outlets I've bought. They work great, and the price can't be beat. 2 for $30 here, or 1 for $25 at local hardware store, and that one isn't even weather resistant.2 thumbs up from this guy.

In a way I'm glad I got a pack of two. One of the two plugs was faulty, after installing it and powering back up (exterior outlet, for the pool filtering system) it did not work at all. No power, the GFCI breaker was reset - no difference.The second one works fine but I'm suspicious of how long it will last out there. It's in an insulated outdoor box and protected by the roof overhang but this is still Canada...We'll see. I have to take a better look at the faulty one to figure out if it's actually faulty or if I had it wired wrong - unlikely but still possible.
