I am rating this as a 4 for now. The reason is these two bottle are not as hard a plastic as the other one I bought. I have only used once and they seem to be ok. But I have a bottom loader and someone else said they had these types of softer plastic bottles break, because of the way the bottom loader machines work. Was just disappointed in the plastic, but if it works in the end and doesn't break I am good. Will update if I have any issues.

This water jug is made of polycarbonate number 7 which is not necessarily BPA FREE. Don’t buy this if you want the assurance that you’re getting a true BPA free bottle. I’m disappointed in the product. Wish I could find 5 gallon jugs that were recycling code “2”

It's exactly what it says it would be...very satisfied.
