The principles and Ideologies will break all the preconceived notions that impede us from achieving a healthy lifestyle. My attention was taken by the practical and do-able approach to health. With the right eating habits, right exercises and some mindfulness can reverse diseases like Diabetes,Blood Pressure etc.The narrative addresses the science of food, lifestyle and diseases. Also discusses comprehending Mental, Emotional, and Physical well-being.The Author has also emphasized on correct eating habits, appropriate nutrition, sleeping patterns and application of the same.It is evident that a lot of research and homework has gone to the book. With simple and easy language the author has given a spiritual guide to Healthy Transformation.Reader are equipped with a list of food items as per their Calories, Vitamins and minerals. So my advice is to read in chunks, take time and Introspect.

Informative and engaging
The Amazing Health transformation takes the writer's own journey of being a severely ill person to a healthy human being into a lesson of scientific and realistic methods of having a healthy body which is presented in a way that is easy to understand, grasp and thus implement. The part that I liked the most was about the habits how in small bits and pieces you can make or break you health, how you can end up destroying your own self and own body by some little wrong habits and it not just points out those habits but also provides ways to overcome them and also provides with habits that can be inculcated to get a healthy lifestyle and an amazing health in general. As for the writing style of the book, it is simple yet satirical making it an engaging read. The book has short chapters which makes the reading experience way more accessible, even if you are busy or want to read something on the go, with chapter providing something or the other. All in all I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in fitness and health, but personally for me, as I am not a fitness junkie the book didn't reach the favourite level and couldn't keep me hooked enough to give it 5 stars.

Must read for everyone
"If there is anything in your arsenal that can overcome the effects of your circumstances or even your diet, it is your will."--This line in the book impressed me the most.In the coming new year 2023, I decided to pay attention to my health and in this context, I was looking for a book that would not only help me to improve my health but would also motivate me to keep my health on track. In this journey, my search ended with this book. The book melds the practical with the philosophical. There are mindfulness exercises at the close of many chapters, and suggestions for the benefits of, oils and herbs, etc. But there are also passages explaining overarching concepts like 'What is Good Health?', 'Are Lifestyle Diseases Reversible?', 'Does Your Mind Shape Your Health?' and many more. Overall I can say that this book is a friendly guide to making incremental changes that will establish better physical and spiritual health. I just have a request to the author to get this book published in Hindi as well so that Hindi-speaking people can also become readers of this masterpiece

A biography slash self-help book.
Amazing Health Transformation is a biography slash self-help book where the author Ritesh Bawri takes us through his life story, mentioning, and explaining the science behind his lifestyle changes.Let me start with the section from the author's note that intrigued me. It mentions a way of thinking called πΌππ‘πππππ‘ππ£π πΆππππππ₯ππ‘π¦. Somehow, this was the first time I was reading about this thinking style, which basically advocates a constantly evolving opinion on any topic. Instead of considering our original opinion as the unshakeable truth, we constantly contrast it with contradictory opinions and upgrade our version of understanding. His point was to apply this style to health and wellness.Maybe because it is all learnings he got the hard way, or something else, the book's content feels quite real and hits straight on point. It's not all new things, actually; the text is mostly things all of us ππ ππππ€ and are aware that we π βππ’ππ be doing. Even so, we feel we stand apart; that somehow the rules don't apply to us. I liked that most of the facts and statistics were marked with an indicator of the footnote with a link to the source. I did not hit all links, but for some of the side remarks that I was curious about, upon checking I found that at places, it was a bit changed, or rather, a not complete version was put in.Reading through the book, I really felt I owed my body so much for all it did for me. "πβπ ππππ‘ ππ , ππ£πππ¦π‘βπππ ππ π¦ππ’π ππππ¦, ππ¦ππ πππππ’πππ, ππ πππ‘βπππ π βπππ‘ ππ π ππππ‘ππ π‘ππ πππππππ." There are several humor elements added in the midst, so the content doesn't become monotonous.Like check this below, when Ritesh talks about his past self,"π΄ππ πΌ ππππ€ π€ππ π‘βππ‘ πΊππ βππ π πππβππ€ πππππππ πππ‘ π‘π ππππππ‘ ππ π π πππππππ π€βππ πππππ‘πππ π π‘ππ‘π’ππ ππππππ πππ‘πππ π‘βπ πππππ π‘ ππ βπ’πππππ‘π¦. And, the first thought that came to me was, "Huh, the million dollar question finally answered." I wouldn't suggest reading this book if one is looking for a panacea for all health problems (I don't think we have something like that out there), but one would definitely find good takeaways from the author's journey.

Fascinating Book
This book had me hooked right from the first page. It's a fascinating real-life story. Unlike self-help books it's not preachy and yet I learned more from it than I've learned from other self-help books on healthcare. Health, diseases, and symptoms are explained so well that a layperson can comprehend the essence. Beyond health it's a book about grit, determination, and perseverance. Most of us give up very quickly because our brain is wired to avoid change, specifically the things it perceives might cause us distress, like waking up at 5am to run 6 miles. The book shows that it's possible to take baby steps and build from there. It reinforces what I learned from "Tiny Habits" by B.J. Fogg and "The Untethered Soul" by Michael Singer. All three are must-read books.
