Overall this is a very solid pre workout. Have been a fan of cellucor c4 for quite some time but decided to try something new.Taste - 10/10: this one tastes really good. I am not a fan of pre workouts that are very tart or overly sweet, this was just right. Would like to see more flavor options however.Energy / focus: 10/10 - I had energy all day, this stuff is STRONG. You feel it right away which is good since you know its working. Some preworkouts just make you jittery but this gets you going and mentally you feel very zoned in.Pumps - 9/10 - On chest day the pumps were great, similar to other pre workouts I have used.Endurance - 10/10: plowed through my entire workout and felt no crash after either.

Wow, this product really works. I've been lifting for years and have tried everything from no Xplode, c4, jack3d etc. I started to build a tolerance to those pre workouts and didn't find them as effective. I used 2 scoops and within 5 minutes felt a tingle sensation - this stuff kicked in quickly! . Beyond that I felt a mountain of energy and focus. I was sweating more during my workout and felt super zoned in. Probably the best workout I have had in a long time. I will be purchasing again and recommending this one.

If you are sensitive to beta alanine (tingles) this product may be a bit much for you, but give it a try with 1 scoop. I lift everyday and was taking cellucor c4 for a while, but got used to it. I also think they changed their formula so it's not as effective, so I decided to give this a try. I had really, really good pumps from this stuff on my arm day and the energy lasted throughout the day.

Felt a really strong tingle sensation with this but I am use to it with other pre-workouts. Flavor is delicious, not too sweet or fruity like some other brands. With this product I definitely noticed not only energy but more mental focus. Sometimes during my workout I'm thinking about other stuff or going through the motions, with this product I tuned everything else out but my reps and lifting. Great product overall.

Okay, let me say this: when I started taking this particular pre-workout I didn't have great hopes. I have tried tons of pre-workouts and all of them are about the same. I have been taking this for about 2 months now and it really does the trick, even the energy that it provides for my morning workouts are really good!

I recommend this pre-workout supplement, it is very tasty and improves your performance, this supplement allows you to feel fit, energized and focused no matter how hard workout might be.You can make any drink and put this supplement and it still tastes nice.I will definitely be buying this product again.

As someone who runs early in the morning I was looking for a product to give me a burst of energy for my slow days. This stuff is absolutely insane, I felt a tingle feeling within a few minutes so I know it was working. I had a ton more endurance during my run and energy.

I noticed with this pre workout definitely most focus and cognitive performance. After doing some reading on Panax ginseng / Bacopa monniera these 2 ingredients improve concentration, memory, focus and mood. These are solid ingredients I haven't seen in other pwos so I will continue to use nitracore.
