I wanted a solid computer for basic needs and Internet, but I really didn’t want to spent a lot. I saw this computer for a good price and decided to try it out. I already had a good monitor at home and this came with keyboard and mouse.It was just as described on Amazon. It works very well, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!It’s fast, quiet, and I checked the specs just to be sure I got what was advertised. Sure enough, I did!I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a solid computer for basic needs and/or Internet use!I’d would not hesitate to buy again if the need arises!I’m very happy!

Got a few of these from Skytech (provided A+ service every time I rang). Fully engaged, professional, accessible and knowledgeable. Have peace of mind now for the next year (+bought another 3 year warranty for only around $23). If/when there's a possible issue (hopefully not) this particular model seems to check every box for my needs!Needed to return another model as it simply didn't meet expectations. Amazon def. stuck to their word and provided a care free, non tedious return process! (just make sure to do it well before that 90 days). So far, seems like a very good call on my part. While the difference for the exchange ended up slightly more, the processor and graphics card def. seem superior!Basically no bloatware or junk. Super clean, fast set up even w/ many gigabytes of files I needed to transfer and install (~ just 40 min.) Looks & feels nearly brand new. Came w/ a standard mouse and keyboard. Appear to be sturdy enough. Added bonuses if I ever need them.Only wish atp is I get a good 3+ years (minimum) with what I see now and how it's operating thus far!

I must say that my experience with this computer started off great, then I dont know what happened, but it didnt want to do something anyway, after a few emails back and forth, I feel that it might have been a issue with components coming loose during shipping. After I contacted Amazon about it, the person who i spoke to immediately put in a ticket for a repair with the Company that I purchased it from. and after I initially spoke through email first with Lindsay, she sent me a link where to go on youtube to check that everything was correct. I started opening up the computer, and realized I didnt know how to get part open. I called the Tech Support number that I got from Amazon. I was connected with Kim who talked me through getting it to run. I did what she told me and after about a 45 minute call, I am typing this Kudo notice on that computer. Highly reccommend this company, Great Tech service, very knowledgable, and extremely interested in assisting me to get my computer doing what i needed it to do. First impressions:When I first turned it on, it sounded like a chain saw. It turns out the power wire to the front fan was touching the fax blades. Fixed it in 30 seconds. There was also some dust still on the fan blades. But, so what! It was a great deal and it will work well for my simple purposes. If any deal breakers pop up in the future, i'll update my review.

After a power surge I did have issues with the computer need an updated surge protector. Contacted Bob and he was able to do everything to make me a delighted customer. I did not rate the computer for gaming because we do not use it for gaming.

I was leery of buying a refurbished computer but figured this was the chance to try one. So far so good after just 3 weeks! This computer was to replace our old cpu and we are pleased with the speed and operation. The SSD is whisper quiet and after 3 weeks we feel it was a nice improvement for us. The set up was easy except for when uninstalling the Microsoft Works software (we had our own) the uninstall instructions were in French & I'm in the US! The renewal had taken place in Canada (via Skytech) which probably explains it, so that was a bit of a hassle.One caveat, the price on our computer dropped from $197 to $166 within 3 weeks of our purchase. I had watched it for MONTHS and the price never varied much so this was an unfortunate unnecessary insult. Amazon does not offer anything other than a return which I feel is completely wrong.....who wants to return a computer over price when you've already loaded it up with your files & folders? I feel at the very least there should be a policy to recover at least some of the difference. A store credit would be wholly appropriate, just add to our gift card balance for a future order. Can you imagine returning it & reordering just to save 15% (in our case)? I bet customers do just that though, and how ridiculous is that?

I am still setting up this renewed Dell desktop. So far, I have not found any issues. The unit came as described and was clean inside and out. So far, I am very pleased with the desktop. This unit has plenty of power for business apps and word press web sites. Since I do not play computer games, my graphic and CPU requirements are not that high.

The computer arrived in good condition in a short period of time. It is in excellent shape and works great for my everyday personal computer usage.

She's a beast - nothing super fancy but just raw business-user horsepower. I run it with dual monitors (1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort) along with a Logi C922 webcam, Blue Yeti mic, 5GHz wireless dual-band plugged into the USB3 port (866Mbit). I livestream with OBS and do live webinars using WebEx and Zoom and she runs very well. You'll be happy.

This was for a friend of mine who wanted to use two monitors on Zoom and who couldn't pay much for a good computer. The 16GB of RAM and SSD drive make it very fast and responsive. However the processor is i5 so you can't see up to 49 videos in one screen on Zoom like you do with an i7. Still, the overall experience is pretty good when you consider how low the price is.

I don't use it much, mostly just streaming shows on funimation, Netflix and the like but it has done some strange thing's just doing that. Fan not working properly, having to shut itself down for errors, misleading advertising about the memory and warranty. just going to get a bigger case and part this one out if anything is usable when i build a new one. Adding more blue screen of death, all I've ever added was fire fox to browse and zero porn watched and yeah blue screen of death DON'T BUY THIS!!!. Update, Can't get it to boot up, won't let me factory reset it, trying to reformat the c drive now to see of that fixes anything or lets me do a full factory reset and if that will fox anything

The computer goes in a loop, and doesn't even start.Fan spin for half a second, a white light appear on front and it tries to restart and restart everytimeI tried contacting them but I had to leave a message no reply for now.I've contacted amazon, they could only give me the number and email of the seller wich I already have since it was in the box.

I expected more even given that it was refurbished. I had to get a new wifi dongle to replace the one the was included which was very low quality. The included keyboard and mouse were dollar store quality. The description says that the machine was cleaned but no, I blew out clouds of dust from the inside of the case as soon as I received it because I could readily see the dust in the vents. I did try and contact the vendor but it has been several days (business days) and no response yet.
