Got this so that I could stop having to spend $20 every time I went to get my armpits waxed- at the leisure of my own home now on my own time. Wish I could post photo of my strip from first pass but that would be nasty lol- highly recommend for quick fix!!! Machine was the total cost of one wax….WORTH IT!

Bought towards end of December and it’s already not working. Temperature never stays to what you adjust it to. The inside of the machine is poorly made.

Works really well! Only problem I noticed was how easy it is to turn it off but once you get the hang of it, it is a good tool to use when waxing at home! Left my legs smooth!

The wax works, but it wasn't a perfect experience. It did remove quite a bit of hair, especially under my armpits, but in some areas I had to apply it more than once to get good results. It also left a bit of a sticky residue that was difficult to remove, even with the wipes included in the package.

Honestly ladies , buy this product ASAP! I've been going to get professional wax done over a few months now but I needed something affordable and low maintenance that I can try at home. I was scared about the wax being harmful to my skin but nope worked out amazingly ! No harmful chemicals or effects to my skin or body ! It comes with soft wax papers that will prevent your skin from tearing in the process and also wipes to remove wax residues. My armpits are so smooth nothang got left behind, if it's your first time just follow the manual inside for the perfect wax.

First of all, the instruction manual tore apart because the wax leaked out of one of the two cartridges and stuck the manual to the inside of the box. I was still able to read the now-torn-apart manual, but having never used one of these, I was very confused. I tried taking the top off of one of the cartridges, but I couldn't tell if it was stuck from the wax (which was really a glue, not a wax) or if it needed to be cut with a knife. I looked on line for help but couldn't find anything on this brand but an unboxing video. I finally found similar looking products from other companies and used those videos to guide me in what to do. I used the good cartridge and heated it up (one of the comments in a video for a similar product had recommended heating before trying to remove the cap). But it was still extremely difficult to remove and I had to use a butter knife to pry it off, even fully heated, which I now realize is because this cartridge was also leaking.I eventually got to use this on a very tiny patch (as a test). I guess it worked kind of okay, but now I've got a huge mess on my hands, a bad cartridge and I'm just not impressed.
