32 Egg Incubator 3 in 1 Professional Fully Automatic Incubator for Chicks, Ducks, Quail

well after receiving this looks great so when it was time to use it it was ok was running ok but the screen was full of water and you couldn't read the temp etc and at the end of the hatching time no chicks i did candle them and was life so to speak but none hatched and today i put eggs in the temp was fine but the alarm keeps going off and the moisture reading is not showing how do i send it back?

Good incubation works perfectly

It seems robust and promising however, I noticed the reservoir that holds the water leaks water into the area where the fan is. Also, there’s a hole and the bottom of the incubator which then releases water out onto any surface which it’s placed upon whilst also making contact with electricity.I’m trying to incubate eggs, not make an omelette.

Was exactly as described and came on time, it had 4 bird drinkers with it which I did not expect and I was a bit confused as I thought they were for the incubator, but overall its doing exactly what it's suppose to and I'm happy with the product,

I have ordered one from amazon ,so it's looking very good, starting working very well,4 days before hatch the incubator have aElectric problem comes off and on ,off and on ,and I lose 32 hatching eggs

Worked for 3 hours the alarm for humidity kept going off filled it with water again alarm carried on a waste of money would not recommend this product
