I used this product for my frozen shoulder

I was in agony with pain in my knees and my lower back and hips for quite some time since last year. After taking Solgar 7 for a week, I started to feel a marked improvement in my symptoms, then the following week, it seemed as though it was not working but I realized we had a lot of rain that week, so the pain was exacerbated......HOWEVER, I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks now, and I can honestly say, it has made a big difference in the degree of pain. Yesterday was a rainy day and my pain was minimal. I plan to order another bottle this week because I plan to continue taking it. I believe it works!

Within 3 days of taking Solgar 7, the knee pain from Osteoarthritis was pretty well gone. This was several months ago, and I have been faithfully taking it twice daily since then with little or no pain. I am 77 and in excellent health except for this mild Osteoarthritis of the knee. I will continue to take it as I prefer it to Advil or other pain relievers.
