Bought these to recommission some old clocks. Easy fit, worked perfectly, came with multiple style options for the hands. Great purchase.

I ordered this item to replace a mechanism that had packed up on a large clock that we had as a wedding present... 25 years ago.We love the clock, so I wanted to repair it, rather than replace it.I didn't need the hands, as I wanted to put the existing hands back on because they are much larger than the hands included, and with a little bit of tweaking I managed to get those hands to fit.The tweaking was due to the old hands - not the new mechanism. The hands included in the package all fit perfectly onto the spindles... in fact, I used and manipulated the new hands to modify the holes on my old hands in order to make them fit.Bottom line - this item is well worth the money.Easy to install, accurate time keeping, silent mechanism and the motion of the second hand is hypnotically smooth.

My clock ticks now and keeps perfect time. I have not had to buy another clock. Anybody can do it. It is so simple.

Easy to use, choice of hands. I mixed and matched to get the look I wanted. It took about 5 minutes to replace the original mechanism and fit the hands.

Easily replaced the broken mechanism and is working fine. Came as a pack of two so I have a spare.

A really good product. Comes with 2 pieces of mechanism. Had to replace my clock's mechanism and it works well. Additionally there are 5pcs of different style for the clock hands - beautiful and of good quality. Very pleased with this purchase and can definitely recommend it.

Good selection of hands meant I could select a near match to the originals. This was the antique style, Hour hand 70mm from centre, Minute hand 100mm from centre. Fixing wasn't as straight forward as hoped but this was down to the clock thickness rather than the mechanism itself but managed to get around this. When all fitted and a carbon battery used it didn't work so checked the battery fitment and cured the problem by tweaking the connection out so that the battery 'clicked' when put in. It has now been working continually for a couple of weeks and, I have to say keeps time 'spot on'.So, for the price I'm happy the the purchase.
