I got the multicolored, which are actually kinda cute. These work well. I was overdue for taking care of my crooked toes. The beginning of a painful bunion forced my hand and I ordered these. If you’re new to toe separators, you may only want to wear them for a few minutes at first until you get used to them and your toes start to straighten. My toes are really cramped together so these don’t slide between my toes easily. Don’t expect a perfect fit. Do as best you can with them and they should fit better over time with regular use. P.S. my painful bunion went away quickly and has not returned. Thank you!

My toes tend to want to bunch and curl up a bit - not a full hammer toe situation but heading that way. I think it has something to do with my being lax jointed. Anyway, it tends to help to wear toe separators anytime it starts to get worse. I have vibram 5 finger shoes and plastic to me separators which both help when I need it. I ordered these after breaking a toe, as I could see I would need to give that foot some help to straighten the toe out once healed, but the idea of using my plastic separator wasn’t appealing (poor toe - it really hurt and I still want to baby it a bit). Anyway, I LOVE these socks. More comfortable than my other toe separators, equally (perhaps more) effective), brilliant for wearing in the house, and really cute too. ( I bought some liquid sole gripper paint and applied a few dots to the sole side in order to pimp them up to the next level but that’s just my strong personal preference for house socks)

Hard to get on but your feet feel better right away!

I bought these socks to help space out my toes, and they've been a game changer. I have narrow feet and used to tie my shoes so tight that my toes were always jammed together, with my fifth toe never touching the ground. I am a dancer so I wear my yoga toes all the time, I just wanted something incase my feet is cold and I still want to spread my toes. Its a bit hard to walk around because of the puffy part by your Tibialis. Compared to my yoga toes they’re a lot less accessible I also don’t really wear them out I just wear them when I wait for my Yoga toes to dry.

Follow the included instructions. These arent typical “socks”. They are a physical therapy tool in sock form. Use the size guide when ordering & use them as PT.Im able to wear them in 3rd/bottom position for about an hour (longer if just lounging).By 3rd day I could SEE that my toes are straighter. My feet are not as sore at the end of the day.These socks are super soft & comfortable.Highly recommend!

Let me preface my review by stating that I hate writing reviews. I have ordered hundreds of products over the years and have only written a handful of reviews. But this product warrants a 5 STAR review and my patience in writing it. I had previously purchased various products for toe alignment that just did not work. My son has cerebral palsy and after his last foot surgery he was left with very crooked feet and toes that both overlap, underlay and bend in very painful positions. Then I came across an advertisement for these socks. The price did make me hesitate because there are other alignment socks for sale that are less expensive. But I did read reviews both on here and online for various manufacturers and the best reviews kept saying that these were the ones to buy. Now, don’t get me wrong I would a million times pay for the more expensive brand for my son if in fact it warrants the higher price; that was not my hesitation. Given the fact that you can buy cheaper products for the same quality as name brand items it stands to reason that as a consumer you want to make sure you’re getting the best item at the best price. These alignment socks are definitely worth the higher price. I can honestly say that if you are on the fence about trying one more product that might disappoint, you have nothing to be hesitant about. As soon as I received the socks I tried them on my son. According to the directions you are suppose to gradually work your way to tolerating them. My son was too excited so we went for it. Okay…they were way harder to put on than I thought. But remember, my son’s case is probably different than most people. He has a lot of tone in his feet plus he did not want to wait and wear them gradually. The first day he wore them all afternoon, second day he slept in them and by the third day his toes were stacked like little soldiers at attention. My mind was blown. As the ultimate test he asked if I could put shoes on him; something that he had stopped wearing because they were getting impossible to put on. Will wonders never cease, his shoes went on with ease. I know need to buy an extra pair or two so I don’t have to keep washing his current ones. Honestly aside from the fact that we found something to help stop the pain he’s been suffering with, it’s also boosted my son’s self confidence because he no longer has to wear socks or slippers when we go out. He can now comfortably put on shoes that make him feel put together. It is important to note that you have to be faithful to wearing them and although they do align your toes they do not straighten the big toe. At least this was the case for my son. I’m pretty sure that’s not what they were meant to do so now I’m trying to figure out what I can use in conjunction with these socks for that.

I like the idea of these toe spacers, and have been experimenting with them. They are predictably uncomfortable at first, but I adapted quickly. I wore them to bed too soon, and painfully awakened to remove them. It was mildly aggravating, but my fault for advancing too quickly.Unfortunately, my feet are an in-between size, (US men's 9), causing the mediums to fit too loosely. I'm going to purchase the small size, and see if they fit better. If they do, AND I get fully past the discomfort, I'll give these 5 stars.

Every day my shoes push my toes together and as I get older I would get cramps in my feet at night. These socks feel like the stretch my joints in my toes/feet and I feel really refreshed after using them for about an hour before going to bed. The cramps have subsided tremendously at night. They are a little hard to get on at first, but that seems to be getting easier as I use them. These are tops in my opinion and am very happy with this purchase.
