The frame was beautiful, and the packaging was incredible, there was however a dent in the bottom of the base of the frame, not easily seen, as it sits on the desk, but the damage is seen while hanging on the wall.I chose not to return it, because it is beautiful, and the colours are perfect for my daughter's diploma.

If you are graduating from any university, they will usually advertise diploma frames from their bookstore. These frames usually are branded and cost over a hundred dollars per frame (they range $170-$250 per frame at my university book store). I have two degrees (a bachelors and a masters) so ordering from my university bookstore was out of the question. Coming on Amazon I was amazed to find TWO frames for such a low price. They arrived safely packaged and in great condition. They look so beautiful and really showcase both of my degrees nicely. I recommend these to all my fellow graduates as well as future graduates!

Good quality frame. Would buy again. Disappointed I was sent the green mat colour although the box said it was the blue colour. So it was clearly boxed incorrectly. As it’s a gift I cannot return to get the correct colour.
