This program is great
I bought the 6 week body transformation. I have been using this system for several weeks and I feel fantastic. I have lost inches. My jeans fit again again and my posture has improved. I am only 40 years old but have lupus and arthritis and I can do this program. Actually, my joint pain has improved dramatically. In my younger years I was a runner and always in excellent shape. Once I became ill, I had to stop running and missed it. These workouts give you a much better, quicker workout than running. Yes, it is repetitive. But, if you know anything about workouts, you need repetition to break down the muscle and build it back up again.Its better to do 3 sets of one exercise spaced apart then it is do all 30 reps at once. I like the repetition. I am not coordinated and with the repetition I know whats next and I get a complete workout, instead of trying to figure out what they are doing and catching up. By then they are on to the next exercise. Not all of us are die hard exercise fans. This workout is slow to moderately paced. The moves are not difficult and they do not strain your joints. After 10 days, 3-4 days a week, I feel stronger, leaner and my old jeans fit. I have already lost an inch in my waist and my husband can see definition in my belly. My upper arms that were getting flabby are much tighter and by summer I will be wearing whatever I want. Ladies, this is a good investment. I belong to the gym and was going 4 days a week for about an hour plus 20 min drive there and back. I didnt feel this good going to the gym. Give it a try. You wont regret it. I even bought the 10 dvd system for my 66 year old mom for mothers day. I want her to feel as good as I do. Dont listen to the negative reviews. Some people like fast paced or more difficult. Some people like things complicated. My question is , Why, when you can feel great in less time with less effort. And when my husband looks at me and says, wow!, well thats all I need to know that this works.

I was somewhat hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews about this product but I was looking for a new workout. I really like these videos. Many of the exercises are repeated in the different DVDs but it's nothing to worry about. Many reviews also said that the number of repetitions that were done were uneven, which they are. There are two sets for each workout. All you have to do is switch the side (left or right) that you start on to fix this.

Results as Advertised
I've been using this program for two weeks. I was skeptical initially because most exercise programs with multiple videos only contain one routine per disc and give you the same routine week after week. This system is different. There are progressions as you gain more strength and endurance. I'll update again after week four.Results experienced to date: increased endurance, lost 3 lbs, attitude about working out totally changed--so excited.

OK I admit, I got sucked into the infomercial. I used to do an hour a day 4 days a week at the gym an not see results like this.. Because when you work at your own pace its probably a slow one.. This system is awesome its busts my a$$ four times a week so thats half the time i was at the gym. Yes it is a bunch of repetitive clips but theres so many dvds and so many excersizes that you dont get bored.. And the guy is very encouraging. I am seeing results ans its only been a week.. i did buy a 5, 10, and 15 lb kettleball and started with the 10 lb one.

My new favorite workout
I always got REALLY bored with the same workout. I also had some Kettlebells that I didn't know what to do with.This has solved both problems.Yes the workouts/editing is a little choppy but I enjoy the way it's put together and the workout goes so fast. (The core DVD is the hardest of the three in the 6 week challenge)I have been doing these DVDs for a week now and I am getting stronger. (I usually do 1 of the 20 minute works outs and then fast abs or fast fat burn). I'm so happy that I researched this and decided to purchase.

Good work-outs.
It's a great work-out, but it is clear that every single CD is simply a great cut & paste job for the "sets" of exercises (same tired jokes). If we are supposed to do multiple sets of the same exercises it would be nice not to have to listen to the same exact bad jokes over & over.

Not choppy
I've only done a couple videos so far but I like them. I was surprised at how much they kick my butt! I can tell the videos were put together but it doesn't bother me. I was worried after reading other reviews that this might be an issue. It's not!

best workout I've found
Really like this DVD set and my kettle balls - works all the muscle groups plus cardio and all in 20" which is what I like the most! Week 3 and feeling the results ;-) Only regret is the kettle ball set I purchased is 5-10 and 15 and 5 isn't enough 10 is too much right now and I'll probably never use the 15. 5-8 and 10 would have a better pick for me.
