I purchased a Laser from their website and the chiller from them on Amazon. It turned out the laser was not in stock. I was notified a few hours after the purchase. I called them and told them to cancel the order and they mentioned I had already purchased the Chiller from them on amazon and would I consider another machine. I said no thank you and informed them that I was cancelling the Chiller on order on amazon as it had not shipped. The Monport representative said okay. I hung up went to Amazon and requested the order be cancelled. Not 2 mins later the order was marked shipped. Convenient for them. Now I have to pay the return shipping. Do Not Trust Monport. It took several emails and several days to get my $$$ back from them for the laser they did not have. Just a word of caution. Make sure you want the item because even if you cancel you will still get charged and shipped.
