Only had the watch 8 days but really really impressed. I have had two Samsung watches in the past and even when new they only managed two days battery life at most and by 18 months they wouldnt even last a day despite being fully charged overnight. This watch does everything the Samsung watches did and the software is superb. Currently after 8 days I still have 57% battery life left. This would mean 16 to 18 days of use before needing a re-charge. Will be interesting to see how the battery is in 18 months time, but the early signs are good. This is a cheaper watch than Samsung & Apple models and the software and screen is just as good if not better. Makes you wonder why they cant improve their watches, but I guess something that needs to be replaced every 12 to 18 months suits them just fine!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending the GTR 4 to anyone, just wish I had found it before my last Samsung watch purchase which has been really disappointing.

After a week of wearing the watch I am excited by it with each day that goes by.Main reasons are:1. Looks.. A beautiful, sharp amoled display2. Functionality... Having used a Galaxy S3 so far, I get everything I need and more in this model. There's also an app store with quite a verity of selection to choose from.3. Battery life... Probably the main differentiator compared to my previous S3 which enslaved me to daily charges. No more. I get about a week of usage between charges and that is with exercises and a splurging display policy4. Lots of diagnostic about my daily routine5. Value.. You get a lot for your moneyThe app and OS take a little time to get used to but no big dealBig like so farOne ask from Amazfit: issue a solid connection to Google maps... Would really help

A very good watch, does exactly what I need it to and the battery is soooo good! 2 weeks between charges and Im running most functions.

Great non Google os smart watch.Lots of features plus Amazfits growing app list and third party watch faces.Built in GPS, sun, moon and tide phases, music, notifications and phone calls.Plenty of Customisations through the Zepp app and add up to a month's battery life and you've got a great smart watchJust get a screen cover to protect it from the occasional knocks watches get.

Comfortable to wear. Bought to save my phone battery when following offline routes during hikes.

Excellent smart watch. Metrics all seem to work well for me. Great screen. Waterproof for swimming (tries and tested). Zepp app is very slick. Absolutely stellar battery life. Easily getting 14 days with my usage. Highly Recommended

PROS: This watch has definitely an amazing battery life and some very neat functions and will be perfect for someone who want's simple step tracking and some basic exercise tracking. The display and watch faces are very nice as well, including the animated ones.CONS: The oxygen monitor and sleep tracking is not accurate at all. I suffer from sleep apnea and know for a fact my oxygen levels in blood drop massively at night but the watch keeps saying my quality of sleep is basically maximum every day, even when I sleep only 4 hours. It doesn't seem to have the automatic detected of long walks/runs as well which I really enjoyed on my previous watch. Constant advertising of features hidden behind a sub paywall with the Zepp Aura is also a massive con.Will go back to using my old Samsung watch for now while looking for a good alternative.

Great watch, great fitness tracking, tons of data, limited apps, works with iOS, but most of the available apps are android targeted.
