The worst ever. terrible directions so couldn't install properly
The worst ever. terrible directions so couldn't install properly. Even had Comcast etch support out and THEY couldn't install it. Show 2 pictures on the box and only one item inside. Call Amazon and they could neither conform if there should have been 1 or 2 items NOR could they provide a number of the seller so I could call them. Made in China. Don't buy this and waste your time. Amazon can do better and provide verifiable vendors. They gave me back my money but I may have lost my reward points I used with the original purchase.

Edit: product is working fine after many failed attempts. Not at all happy with this purchase.
Update...This thing is a pain in the ass, and it took a ton of effort to get it working properly. However; now that it's working properly it does the job and I am happy with the product.Buffers constantly, can't connect more than one device in the area it's set up in without it shutting down completely, and the only spot in the entire house it will work in is the bathroom..... seems to be junk. Will be sending it back.

Wi-Fi Extender
I am not sure why these don't work, since I am not a high-tech person. They do elevate the bars when I am online but when I try to connect to the Internet, i get a "you are not online" message. The instructions don't seem to apply here.I am keeping them, hoping someone will come along and get them to work for me.

Poor piece of equipment
Poor piece of equipment, thought it was not powering up but it was I believe, because if you turned the lights off you then could see the LED lights. Would not access the setup menu even though tried both options supplies per instructions. Returned to amazon. DO NOT BUY.

Won't work. Product sucks. Phones won't connect and stay Connected to it. Tried multiple phones. Can not even get it programmed
