I used this to make my 4 yr old a tutu dress for a halloween costume. She is about 3'2" tall and 30 lbs. Normally wears a size 4T. She is slim for her age. This fits just fine. It's a little long, but I just attached the tulle a few inches up from the bottom. Very stretchy so it'll grow with her. It also has a nice lining so it's not itchy for her. Worked great.
