I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for christmas as she wanted a science set and was too young for a chemistry set. This one looked better than most and contained interesting looking items. When we actually came to do the experiments two things let it down imensely. Firstly the instructions are terrible, most experiments have instructions like 'add the right amount ot of water' and 'add and appropriate ammount of bicorbonate of soda'. No idea what these measurements are so it makes a nonsense of the intructions. Secondly almost all of the experiments are a variation on mixing oil, water and pigments together to see what happens. Possibly interesting once 'mildly' but not after the umpteenth time of adding a 'certain amount of water' to the 'right amount of oil' then mixing with pigment and 'see whst happens' . Basically its an expensive box of plastic cups and some ink. If you want to crush a budding scientists deisre to learn then this is for you.

Very good quality set for a young scientist. I'm impressed. The manual is a bit illegible but we did it. Great thing, I highly recommend it!

Estuve buscando un juego de experimentos, adaptado para 5 años que no fuera muy pobre en calidad y experimentos.Este es genial, muy completo, es el regalo de reyes de una niña de 5 años, lleva libro de instrucciones para los 36 experimentos, completo y buena calidad.

Me ha gustado q vienen tido muy bien organizado y es de buena calidad, o eso parece hasta el momento.Instrucciones demasiado breves, en ocasiones escasas, me hubiera gustado que viniera explicado el porque de las reacciones y las características de los materiales usados, porque se ve pero falta el aprendizaje!
