An old Airfix rerelease of a 1960’s kit. Spent happy hours removing the RMS Titanic’s rivets and scribing new panel lines to end up with a reasonably accurate model of the Basset. Happy days.

Model a good nostalgic buy but as a gift the box was very badly damaged on delivery. No use as a gift..

This is a good cooler but we also have a portable air conditioner which is 100 times better at cooling a room. This is good but although the front has a wide opening two thirds of it is covered by a plastic cover, presumably for the electronics, so the air coming out is limited to less than half of the total front area. Having said that it will still keep you cool and in my opinion is better than a fan.

Purchased in advance for a group build of kits over 50 years old!Quick inspection of the kit to ensure everything was there and undamaged, it passed with flying colours. Looking at the parts there will be a little cleaning up of the parts, however this is less than anticipated. Decals look excellent and have been newly produced for this rerelease as a Vintage Classic, as they are made by Cartograf they should go on with too much pain, although that may be famous last words!On early inspection, recommended.

Airfix retooled the clear parts when they reissued this kit. Even so, the fit is still less than great. It would have been nice if they had eliminated the bridge rivets while they were at it! Modeling skills will be required! Nevertheless, it is good to have this available once again. If you are into building older kits this is a fun ride!

This is ab old kit but relatively simple. The glazing isn't the greatest but that's the only real problem. Builds into a nice little model.

エアフィックスにしてはあっさりしたキットですが良く出来たキットかと思います。説明書で部品の取り付け位置が解りづらいので慎重な組み立てを要するかと思います。機首にはかなりの重りを入れた方がよさそうです。
