Don't buy, save your money. Doesn't disolve well in water and you need mix the beegeebers out of it. Tastes ONLY like ginger, no beef bone broth flavor. If you are looking for a beefy with ginger tasting beverage this is NOT it. Wish I could return it.

Pretty tasteless and takes forever to mix. You’ll end up with sludge at the bottom of your mug if you don’t keep stirring
