This is such a great product for anyone who isn’t willing or able to spend $200-600 on a gas or battery powered one. It plowed through 24 inches of heavy snow with some level of ease. Of course any snow blower needs an extra push at this depth but it’s really impressive for the size and weight of this machine. We live in MN and weather is beast but so is this lil guy. Easy to setup too with just a few handle and snow spout screws.

Ordered last January and never got a chance to use it. And of course it is now way past the return and support window. It couldn't even handle 3 inches of snow in my driveway. Let alone the 12" it says it can do. Would definitely not recommend. The snow thrower shoot came with 2 broken teeth and can even be moved by hand. It's so light weight it went right on top of the snow it was supposed to move. The tires are so cheap it makes it hard to push. Lesson learned should have unboxed and gave it a dry run as soon as it arrived.

This was blowing through snow I didn't think it would blow through at all. I am in the Adirondacks so I get foots of snow not inches this little beast handled it like a champ. It is a for now as I'm not a cordless person. I feel silly whipping a cord around but so worth the money!

Assembly instructions were cryptic. One screw was missing from handle, but I found it in the box. There was a plastic tab on the chute near the bottom that prevented the crank from working. I cut it off with a dremel tool, and then the chute mechanism worked fine.Once it was all put together, I was happy with the way it worked. It is pretty powerful and I am able to clear snow from my deck easily.

We’ll worth the price. Not perfect but makes it easier to shovel for cleanup. The dryer the snow the better it cleans . It really does better if the snow is about 8” or less , just have to use it before the snow is too deep. Still way better than shoveling 8”

I purchased this to save my back, arms and shoulders. Although fun at first, it doesn’t get snow off down to the ground like a shovel. I’ve used in heavy, wet, 8 inches of snow and 4- 6 inches lighter snow. With heavy snow, it blows the first layer, leaving an iced, packed snow layer on the ground that must melt or be shoveled. It throws only 4-6 feet and the machine collects hardened snow on the bottom and inside the tube thrower. This causes you to have to stop every 10 minutes and chisel the snow out. It won’t pick up the stuck layer with a second pass. In Lighter snow, it throws 10-15 feet, will clear mostly to the bottom and does not freeze up inside. I have a 3 car driveway that is 25-30 ft long. At some point you have to throw the snow where you’ve already been, making more work for yourself. On the upside, it does get the snow off driveways, sidewalks and patios, just not as well as a shovel. It takes abt half the time, but doesn’t clear as well as a shovel. It has more power than a battery operated thrower. However I use a100 ft cord which needs to be kept out of the way on each pass and holding the on lever down the whole time will make your wrist and hands tired and sore. It is easy to assemble and use and for the price is a good alternative to anyone not wanting to shovel. Just don’t expect it to do what a $500 snow blower does!

I bought this last year and have maybe used it 3 times. I gave two start because it actually works. I also gave it two stars because there is no support for this product from the Amazon retailer nor does Kapoo have a website. As others have stated the product emits a burning smell and stops working. Once taken apart it is easy to see the belt has burned out. Since there is no support the product will be trashed

I am under doctors orders not to shovel snow so I bought this and it works great. I have a driveway and two sidewalk areas and a patio. Hook the extension cord up and go to town done in no time.
