Merry Christmas From Heaven Ornament (Personalized)

this is a beautiful ornament and I was pretty happy about it but the engraving was a little disappointing,,,one of the dates was lighter than the other one, I started to send it back but I decided to keep it and give it to a family member. I ordered the same ornament from a different vendor and it was much better and it also had a extra line and also allowed the complete birth day and death for $3.00 cheaper.

The engraving SUCKS!!!!!! I had to clean several of these ornaments. There was a "shoe polish" type substance on the poorly engraved plates. The cheap ink will quickly rub off! Several years ago I purchased these and the ornament was engraved not a piece id self sticking inked junk! I chose this company because I thought they did NOT use the stickies. I placed 2 orders totaling > than $300 and due to the engraving I am embarrassed to give these as gifts.

I was not very happy with the two "Merry Christmas From Heaven" ornaments. First, on the inside of one box, the "foam" packing material that was supposed to be attached to the top of the box, the glue was old and the "foam" did not adhere. Second, on the Merry Christmas From Heaven ornaments, the adhesive tape on the back of my love one's name and dates of birth/death was old and did not adhere to the ornament. We had to glue it ourselves. It is obvious that we were sold ornaments that were old and the adhesive was old and did not work as it should. Overall not satisfied with the product and for what they cost each ornament there should not have been any issues.

I had purchased this item before from a different company and it was actually engraved on the ornament. This company sends an extra little disk with it written on that you are supposed to glue onto the ornament. However they don't stay on. If I had purchased it for me I would have sent it back. But I purchased it for a family who just lost their dad and husband, so I was under a time crunch.

A bit too pricey. My grandmother passed away at the beginning of December and wanted to give these to my sister, mom, myself and my son. $100 later. Ouch. Overall a nice gift and was well received. The name plate engraving was a bit off center.

I bought this for my sister, who lost her daughter in October. I wanted her to have this exact one, because my step mom got this for me after my son died in Dec. 2002. It's always meant so much every Christmas.

gave to a friend who had just lost her father... it was perfect... she !loved it so much... i later found out she bought one for each of her siblings. it's hard to know what to say during the holidays... this says it for you.

We ordered one of these 12 years ago when our daughter died. My brother-in-law passed just before Christmas, so I ordered one for my sister. I was a little disappointed that the "engraving" is no longer engraved in the metal like our daughter's was. Instead it is a stick-on computer generated label. Not as nice.

Beautiful item. Well crafted. Arrived on time. Personalization was perfect. I ordered the same article from another company and the engraving was wrong and more expensive. I am extremely happy with this product and will cherish it for years to come.
