Only one roller can be adjusted.
This roller guide was very heavy duty--much heavier than I expected. I ordered this one because it had predrilled holes for mounting to my wooden fence post and some do not. There were NO instructions provided and no mounting screws provided. The predrilled mounting holes were huge--evidently intended for a big lag screw which I would have to go purchase. Please note only one roller can be adjusted. The problem for me is the hole for the fixed roller was too close to the mount for my purposes. I needed a bigger gap between the sliding gate and the post it will be mounted to. I am returning these for a similar item that has TWO adjustable rollers.

These are going to be used on my deck to keep my sliding gate in place. The roller guides are adjustable. Just need to remove 2 nuts and replace to install.

This is great for guiding doors
I really like the extra inside roller that protects the building from the sliding door. If you have a sliding door, such as a barn door, the inside roller protects the side of the building from getting scraped up. The outer roller keeps the door from flapping in the wind. Works great.
