Good quality paste
Like any sugar paste its rock hard, I have to take small pieces and knead til its workable. The colour is white, and colours well. It rolls out nicely. Not dry. I found it easy to use. Would recommend.

Hard to work
I bought this as I needed a gluten free fondant. I found it needed a lot of force to make it soft enough to colour and roll out. If all you want to do is a simple embosser look, this fondant works fine. I wanted to two tone but the fondant wasn’t sticky enough for the design to transfer from the embosser to the backing fondant.
