First, the good.If you're looking for more than the general weather reported on websites or weather apps, this is a good feature-full personal weather station. It takes a little effort to set it up - needs to be mounted on a stand-alone pole several feet above the ground and clear of obstructions (I mounted mine on a 3 foot pole on the pinnacle of my roof). But if you're the kind of person who is looking for weather data around your home then that shouldn't be a problem. The display console that sits in your house presents all of the relevant data related to the micro-climate around your house. It's also a talk-piece for when you have guests over as they will marvel at the data presented related to the micro-climate around your house, sunrise-sunset, moon phases, etc.Now, the bad.First, the instructions for setting this thing up to use all of its features leave a little bit to be desired. If you're a trouble-shooter sort, then you won't have any problem figuring this thing out with a little effort. But this unit is not ideal as a gift for a casual user because if they can't get all of the features to work then they will lose interest and the display unit will just turn into a fancy paperweight.Second, the data collection/transmitting unit that is mounted outside is made from plastic. All of the parts. The problem is that in extreme weather conditions it is not going to hold up well over a long period of time. I live in Arizona where the summer highs can go as high as 120F under a bright blistering sun. I got my first Logia 7 in 1 unit for Christmas of 2017. In the 5 1/2 years since, I just bought and set up my third one. The first one, the wind speed monitor stopped spinning unless the wind was blowing more than ~7mph. The second one, which I bought in 2020 and just had to be replaced, stopped measuring temperatures above 100F. I'm thinking this third unit will have to be replaced sometime in 2026. After sitting out in the hot Arizona sun, the plastic units went from a bright white to a dull brown. The other thing that I don't like is the fact that I can't enter existing data into the unit. So, for example, I can't transfer rain totals from the unit that I just replaced to the new one - rain totals are starting at 0.00 inches with the new one, in the middle of the year.But, don't let the above discourage you from buying the unit. After all, I am on my third one. But it will, for sure, be my last.

I've owned this for almost a year now and for the most part its been pretty good. Just about every sensor aside from the wind speed in my first unit seems to be dead on from what I can tell.I did notice that over a period of 6 months after setting it up the wind speed became more and more intermittent and finally stopped providing a reading all together. A few months later I got around to looking on the Logia website to see if I could purchase a replacement, but found that none are available. This seems odd to me that the part of the system which is out in the elements and probably the most damage prone sensor isn't sold separately. I did contact support and they were gracious enough to send a replacement free of charge. I haven't had any problems with the replacement so far, so its possible I got a dud the first time. Logia seems to have a good replacement policy though which gets a 5-star from me regardless of the issue.Ill update if the new one gives me any problems in the short term, but I don't anticipate any.

We replaced our old weather station with this one. It did not come with a short length of mounting post, so had to buy that and clamps at our local hardware store. It was easy to mount, although it should have a compass built into it to point it in the correct direction. Setting it up in WeatherUnderground took some time, but we did get it.The only problem we have had with it so far is that it does not show the correct sunrise and sunset, instead it just shows the default 8:00Am and 8:00PM. We emailed their Customer Support twice now and have not received any response from them, so their customer service is non-existent and that gets them a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star rating.

Nice way to know what the weather outside is

Unit works as a standalone device. I mainly purchased to be able to access the unit via mobile app as advertised. The setup is rather complex and if it does get setup properly the issue I am having is even when the weather station is connected to WIFI the app indicates it is off line. This means no data on the mobile app.Very disappointed and I would return the unit if the return period wasn’t expired.

This is my second one, the previous one lasted about 2 years before dying. This one started acting up within a few months of install. Sometimes it will stop reporting to weather underground, sometimes the display will just show "Er" for the outside unit. The inside units keep working. I was hoping that I could use my old display alongside the new one but you can't monitor one outdoor unit with two indoor displays.It's not the worst unit I've had, but it's not great either. Once you get used to having a weather station it's hard to not have one so here I am addicted to weather...

Précis et facile a utiliser, j'ai une autre Logia d'un autre modèle au chalet depuis deux et rien a redire.J'ai enlever 2 point La lecture de l'écran n'est pas parfaite il faut être bien enligner pour pouvoir lire.J'aurais aimer que sa indique simultanément le vent moyen et les rafales mais bon je le savait avant de l'acheter.J'aime les heures de coucher et lever du soleil et les phases de la lune
