After having completed workouts without this product I can say it is well worth the purchase. I have ended up with rug burn/brush burn near my tailbone that lasted over a week after doing a sit up workout. Not only does this stop the brush burn, it also allows me to add challenge to my core by getting through a bigger range of movement than just doing exercises on the floor. I have also used it when practicing handstand push ups and yoga inversions. It is comfortable to use and seems to have a durable design. Highly recommend!

I had lower limbar surgery many years ago. Sit ups were often awkward and occasionally painful from the pressure near my tailbone. The abmat takes care of that! I can now get a proper ab workout the anxiety about causing damage to my back. It's extremely well made and sturdy as well! So thankful I found it!

I love this! Used them in CrossFit, so asked for my own for Christmas. I take it to the gym and use regularly. Nice to have my own for the gym and for home.
